Pricing, Returns and Cancellation Policy

Price Policy

All our prices are quoted in GBP Sterling inclusive of VAT when applicable.

In the event of price changes with our suppliers, we may find it necessary to adjust our prices accordingly.

Unless specified to the contrary, quotations in respect of price are made without obligation and are subject to alteration without notice. We may give you notice at any time up to 3 days before delivery of any increase in price provided that you may cancel this contract in writing within 3 days of any such notice by us.



Payment for goods purchased from this site may be made by credit or debit card and transactions are processed securely using PayPal.  We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Postage and Packing Charges
Our postage and packing charges are as follows:


We hope to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of receiving your payment, unless otherwise stated in the product information displayed within the shop pages. At busy times or if the order is large this may not be possible but we will always get your parcel sent to you as soon as we can. Please ring or email if your order is urgent and we will do all we can to help.

Please note we do not guarantee delivery time and Tech Tins cannot be held responsible for late deliveries, and no refunds will be paid for late deliveries.

Returns and Cancellations

All orders are double checked however if any picking errors occur or if items are damaged in transit, please inform us within 48 hours from receipt of the order and return the item to us. We will gladly replace the product or offer a refund.

Under the UK consumer protection (distance selling) regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days after the day of receipt without giving a reason.

All returned items must be sent postage paid to: Tech Tins, 9 Victoria Road, Building 2, Abingdon, Oxon, OX14 1DN. We accept no responsibility for mislaid return parcels. All goods are returned at your own expense, with the receipt and must be sent in new resaleable condition in the original packaging with tags still attached. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Out of Stock

Every effort is made to dispatch your order complete. Unfortunately we cannot ensure that we are permanently in stock of all items although we do try our hardest. In the event we are temporarily sold out of an item you ordered, we reserve the right to cancel it or replace it with an alternative product unless otherwise instructed.

Our Responsibilities

We are aware of our responsibilities to you, the consumer, and have taken all steps to ensure our business meets the requirements of related EU and UK consumer protection laws, notably the Distance Selling Regulations (2000), The General Product Safety Regulations (1994) and other legislation specific to the products that we sell.
